About our video production company

We are a team of storytellers, technicians, and creative thinkers united by a shared passion for producing video content that makes a lasting impression.

Our story

Expert Video Masters was founded in 2013 in the heart of Galway with a simple belief: every business has a story worth telling, and video is the most powerful medium to tell it. What began as a two-person operation filming local events has grown into a full-service video production company serving clients across Ireland and internationally.

Our founder, Ciarán Ó Flannagáin, spent years working in broadcast television before realising that small and medium-sized businesses deserved access to the same calibre of production that major brands enjoyed. He assembled a team of like-minded creatives and invested in cinema-grade equipment to bridge that gap.

Over the past decade, we have completed more than 800 projects spanning corporate documentaries, product launches, event coverage, animated explainers, and social media campaigns. Each project has reinforced our commitment to quality, collaboration, and delivering real value to the clients who trust us with their vision.

Today, we operate from our purpose-built studio on Wiza Terrace, equipped with a green-screen stage, colour-grading suite, and Foley recording booth. But our favourite place to work is still on location — capturing the authentic moments that make each brand unique.

Our mission and values

Everything we do is guided by a clear set of principles that keep us focused on what matters most: creating exceptional video content that serves our clients and their audiences.

Uncompromising quality

We never cut corners. From the lenses we use to the colour science we apply in post-production, every decision is made with the final viewer experience in mind. We hold ourselves to broadcast standards on every project, regardless of budget.

Client-centred collaboration

Your vision drives the project. We listen carefully during the briefing phase, present creative options that align with your goals, and keep you involved at every milestone. Transparency and open communication are non-negotiable for us.

Creative courage

We push creative boundaries while respecting your brand guidelines. Our team is not afraid to propose bold ideas — a unique camera angle, an unexpected soundtrack choice, or a narrative structure that breaks convention — because safe is forgettable.

Reliability and trust

Deadlines are sacred. When we commit to a delivery date, we meet it. Our project management process includes built-in buffer time for revisions so there are never last-minute surprises. Your trust is our most valuable asset.

Our strength lies in the diverse talents and perspectives of the people who make up our studio. Here are some of the key members you will work with.
