Most projects are completed within two to four weeks, depending on complexity. A simple Starter package video can often be delivered in 10 business days, while Premium projects with multiple shoot days and advanced post-production may take six to eight weeks. We always agree on a timeline before work begins.
Yes, we ask for a 50% deposit upon signing the project agreement. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final files. For Premium projects, we can arrange milestone-based payments if that works better for your cash flow.
Additional revision rounds can be purchased as an add-on for €200 each. In practice, most clients find that two or three rounds are more than sufficient. We also provide detailed review guides to help you give clear, consolidated feedback.
Absolutely. If you realise mid-project that you need additional services — such as drone footage, extra shoot time, or motion graphics — we can adjust the scope and provide an updated quote. We are flexible and want to ensure the final product meets your vision.
Travel within Galway city and county is included at no extra charge. For shoots elsewhere in Ireland, we add a modest travel and accommodation fee based on distance. International travel is quoted on a case-by-case basis. We are always upfront about these costs before you commit.
